आँखों से गिरे हर आँसू को पीना सिखा देती है।

जो जाते है गर तारें अगर मायूसियों की गर्दिशों में,
उन्हें रोशनी का नया सूरज दिखा देती है।

आते है बहुत से दो राहें मंजिलों की चाह में,
पर है शुक्रिया तेरा, ए जिंदगी! तू हर बार गिरकर उठना सिखा देती है।

ग़मों की गहराइयों और सुखों की परछाईयों में,
अपनों और परायों की पहचान सिखा देती है।

जिंदगी सबसे बड़ी गुरु है जीना सिखा देती है।
मुश्किलों भरी ज़मीन पर ख्वाइशों के फूल खिला देती है।

ना करने के बहानें ढूंढों तो एक नहीं हज़ार मिल जाएगें।

और अगर करने जाओ तो छोटे छोटे तिनके भी रोड़े अटकायेगे।

तो क्या करे, हार मानकर बैठ जाए?

या झकझोरे अपने विश्वास को और सब भुलाकर आगे बढ़ते जाये।

रोज गिरे, रोज उठे पर मरने ना दें अपने एहसास को।

कर सकते है और हो भी जायेगा बस छोड़े अपने डर और डर से पैदा होने वाले हर अविश्वास को।

फिर यही रास्ता अपनी मंज़िल की राह खुद दिखलाएगा।

और आत्मविश्वास का सूरज हर अँधेरे को चीरता हुआ अपनी ही रोशनी से जगमगाएगा।

तू हारा नहीं है।

तो क्या हुआ, लक्ष्य बहुत दूर है?

तो क्या हुआ कि लगातार की हुई कोशिशें सफल नहीं हो रही है।

ये क्या कम काबिले तारीफ़ है कि तुमने हिम्मत नहीं हारी है

और तुम बिना रुके, लगे हुए हो अपनी कोशिशों को सफल बनाने में।

खुदपर ये विश्वास कि मैं कर जाऊँगा,अपनी हार को भी जीत में बदल पाऊँगा।

This is shameful, One can’t deplete her self respect and life’s goal.

No one has the right to torture her mentally and physically.

Raise the voice & fight against him forcefully.

It is suppressing, It is heartbreaking & lethal.

She should help herself first to come out of the battle.

You should know about his personality and psyche.

Choosing the right one & fight for own rights is the key.

Stop thinking about that you are a victim.

Be like a tigress & ready to leave him.

Love is not abusive, Love doesn’t hurt.
