Today’s post is all about what we think, what we say & what we do, in short about the”Karma“.

Some of you might believe in this theory and some might not be. It is absolutely ok. This post is for those who believe in karma like me.

What is “Karma” mean for you?

As I know, I can say on my behalf and my experience “Karma is the belief of getting the same in the form of thoughts, words and actions which are given to others by us.

It works or not, different people can have different opinions but I personally believe in this concept.

This belief inspires me always to choose the right path in the state of any confusion. It gives me the strength to follow the rule of my life that always be responsible for your thoughts, words & actions.

How others are taking this, it totally up to them & that is their right too so don’t bother about that. That’s the way I keep motivating myself when anything wrong happens to me.

If you go deeper into it, you are able to understand what we are actually doing. How are things behaving and reacting?

We are sending energies through our thoughts, words and actions which are receiving by the others and they are also making their mind accordingly and how the whole cycle works.

We have to focus more at the starting point of this. From where it starts? What is the root point of this?

If we are responsible for the initial energies which are spreading all around then definitely we have to be more careful & more responsible for our actions and words because this makes our aura too.

If we are creating the same type of energies, again and again, this will represent us as an individual and that’s how we make our personality by our own, can’t blame others for it.

If I want good for me then I must be ready to give something better to others first. It will work in a reciprocal way.

Awareness:Cast your vote wisely!

Hello all, Today’s talk will be slightly different from my previous ones.

Here this whole month of December dedicated to elections in the different states so how can I remain untouched from this topic. I thought I should also talk and share my point of view about this topic and should get to know what you all think about this?

How can one vote make or break the whole scenario of the political parties?

Do we aware of our voting rights & voting power and the most important how should we use it?

Here are some of the points which I follow and want to know as well from all of you. What is your stand on this?

1. What is your voting criteria? What are the points which you keep in your mind before voting?

2.Your vote for a party or an individual?

3. If you vote for a specific party or an individual, then how you decide which party or an individual is better & promising than the other ones?

4. How you keep an eye on every particular party’s principals & working system? Do you influence by the media or an individual or by a group?

5. How you make your opinion? What are your sources to know about all the incidents?

6. Do you compare the current manifesto of all the parties with their last ones?

7. Do you believe blindly which is presenting by social, electronic & print media or do you have your own opinion which you observe in your area, city or state?

8. Do you prefer to vote on the basis of caste or religion or do you have some other mindset?

9. Do you have a soft corner for a particular party or an individual or you vote only the basis of current improvements?

10. Do you understand and value the power of a single vote & about your role in a democratic system or election day is only one more holiday for you?

Do you think about the points before cast your vote? If yes, nothing can be better than this.

Our vote is very important and has the power to change so we should use our vote wisely. One right decision can change the society, area, city, state and the country as well.

Health: The Hidden Treasure!!

“Health is wealth”!!

We have listened above line so many times but do we actually meant it?

Do we consider our health as a priority?

Or It becomes only when we start facing some health issues.

I want to know your take on this. You can share your views about this topic in the comment section below.

If we have a healthy body & healthy mind then only we can think about something productive in our life.

It may be anything like our career, our education, our dreams, our family’s responsibilities, our duties etc.

The list will be so long If I include all the things.

My point is this If we have some health issues due to our negligence, it should be rectified now otherwise further we will feel very helpless to overcome from it. Definitely, we have to pay for it.

Some people are gifted with a strong body and a strong mind and some are not but it’s ok.

Those who haven’t can also achieve that but they should start some lifestyle changes to immune their mind and body.

People like me who don’t have a good immune system, have to really work hard to handle all the health-related issues.

I personally experienced that some of the changes in our daily routine help a lot to improve the immunity of our body.

We can’t change the whole but we can start with the small things that will help us to feel better in some way.

The points are which I follow, not always but most of the times, due to my busy schedule. Back to back things are filed up on my desk so I have to do adjust my routine according to my priorities.

1. Try to wake up early in the morning-

If you are working and your shift schedules are not allowing you then go for at least a fixed timing to leave the bed because it is related to our body clock which controls the sleep patterns. This will really help you lot to manage things later.

2. Make a habit of drinking water-

After waking up the first thing you should do, drink at least a glass of water it can be plain or lukewarm, lukewarm with honey or lemon, according to the season & your choice because you have to follow this regularly so you can shuffle the choices you have.

3. After completing the morning routine you should go for a walk, some yoga, some exercise which you want to do-

I prefer yoga because morning time is so hectic & lots of things I have to complete in a limited time. You can pick according to your schedule. This will help you to be fit and healthy & fitness will definitely help you in your extra areas of work.

It’s not an easy task for me to get back in the shape again after two cesareans but I never gave up.

4. Next, come to the most important part of the mornings, morning breakfast-

Don’t go for shortcuts.

I personally like to have some heavy breakfast because it gives me full energy to the next 3 to 4 hours & In the morning I need the maximum energy.

If I don’t take the heavy one, I feel hungry and can’t fully concentrate on my work and repetitively go for having something unhealthy which I don’t want to eat.

5. Healthy food should be the priority-

Always include fruits, nuts, veggies, sprouts, salads, milk in your diet. Try to give a healthy twist to your breakfast, lunch and dinner.

6. Go for a routine medical check-up after the thirties-

If your body is showing any type of discomfort then immediately go for medical suggestions. Don’t ignore any kind of symptoms which are bothering you.

7. I know nowadays life becomes so fast and we all are always in a hurry but I want to say don’t take so much tension and pressure about the temporary things which can be solved out after some time.

Rather over think about the things try to find out the solutions. Only thinking about the things would not be solved anything but put us only in pressure.

8. Love your life, things will come and go but the life we are living never come again If we lost once. So be happy and be healthy.

Uncertainty is the biggest challenge!!

Have you thought ever what makes us different from others? Why we own different positions or roles in our life? What makes someone so successful?

In my opinion, our approach and our actions towards life really make that difference. Everybody follow the different rules in their life. According to their nature & likings, they decide some goal for their lives.

On the other hand, some others live someone else’s dreams. They always live in confusion. They might not clear about their vision. They choose the path which is decided by others. This act of those pushes them one step back from their goal always.

I saw the people with the same resources and the same facilities, one trend on the top and the other still struggles for the same thing.

Why is it happen?

Those who have a clear vision for their goals, no uncertainty in their mind, use their limited resources in the best way.

They choose to affect the people by their work rather be affected by the people in their surroundings. That’s the reason one person leads and others follow their instructions.

If you observe minutely then you get to know how earlier they set his mind for their aim. They never think about the role, they only focus on their goal and through their determination, dedication and hard work, they achieve that.

This is all possible because he has that certainty & clarity in his mind, words & actions. If one get success to balance in those then nobody can stop them.

If you are loosing and not getting which you want to get reason is you only. You are the one who can change the things for you.

Noone other can take a guarantee on your behalf. You have to tie your belt tight and work on the weaknesses and the faults which are stopping you.

Come out from all those things which are becoming the hindrance between you and your vision. Decide the goal, find the ways to reach there. Regularly work on it, don’t worry about the results.

Don’t Judge!!!!!

Hello all! How are you doing? Hoping all is good!!

Yesterday I was reading an article & I was convinced with the words. I also started thinking about that yes this is very true and it’s happening with me also but at the same time, a question came into my mind why we judge others?

We are all different people, different people with different choices, different perspectives, different personalities, different priorities, different aims, different problems, different solutions everything is different in some or other way then how can we evaluate and judge some other people’s lives and activities?

I think this is wrong to compare one’s life to another. They are not like me and I am not like them.

We both have different abilities, different qualities, different plus, different minus, different thought processes and a different way to live our lives than logically where are the place and need of the comparison?

Everyone has its own thought process and experiences behind everything he does and reacts.

There is a reason why he or she is doing so? We never understand the reason why he is like that or behaving like that unless we go through the same circumstances and the same situations. Sometimes after knowing the reality, we don’t show any interest to know about that thing.

Why we are in so much hurry to judge anyone?

I only want to say to those peoples who only want to judge, Come to my place and try to live my life once and give the results which I am delivering in all the situations whether it is good or bad then only you come to know how difficult to handle all those situations which you neglect by saying that Oh! What special in that? What special are you doing?

If you don’t understand the things, then ask me. If you don’t agree to my viewpoint, my opinion, my reaction, it’s fair enough then clear your point.

If you don’t like anything at least say to me try to sort out. Here I notice some people don’t want to face that person to whom they are talking about? At least go and ask for the reasons why he did so.

In the end, I only want to say Judging someone is so easy but perform at their place might be so difficult for you so “Don’t Judge”. You don’t know the reasons and things what they have been going through and fighting for survival.

Try to respect others. Take care of yourselves and others too.

Don’t break Trust Ever!!

What is trust?

“Trust is like a vase, Once it’s broken, though you can fix it, the vase will never be same again.”-Walter Anderson

I totally agree Getting trust is a steady process which grows and develops gradually, it’s not easy to earn someone’s trust immediately. You can’t get it within a night and you are not supposed to do it like this.

If someone is pouring their emotions then you should respect it because he or she showing faith in you. It takes a lot of time to be trustworthy.

All the relations and bonds are built on the trust either in the business or families or any other platforms.

Relationships are all about trust. If any lie discovered, then definitely doubt created in the mind and this will the first step to spoil the relation so don’t break the trust ever.

What are the reasons, Why some people do so? In my opinion, there are some reasons-

1.Selfishness– Most of the time the reason comes forward is selfishness. Some people make the relation to get the benifits only, no emotions, no sentiments are involved with the person.

Their only aim to use the person and when they succeeded ,they even don’t care about the other’s feelings.

2. So-called Competition-Now days only a few people think about the values and their duties. Most of the people are only involved in the race of being successful, being rich, being famous.

It’s not bad at an all but the thing which goes wrong is what mediums we are using to solve the purpose.

If someone trusts on you, respect that feeling and don’t break it ever.

All the things which you lose will come back but the broken trust never comes back.

3. Greediness– The people who have a tendency to get everything by hook or by crook, mostly they do so.

To fulfil their greed they make relations first then try to get trust and then find the best opportunity to cheat the other person.

How can one fix it

1. Be honest- Always be honest about your work and the relations and the most important to yourself.

Don’t get affected much with other’s social and personal life. Set your rules to live your life, decide the criteria of do’s and don’ts.To get some benefits only, don’t let go of your values.

2. Try to understand the other’s emotions- We should understand the logic behind every situation. If we don’t like something then how the other person will like.

If you can’t take something, don’t give to others because it is sure you have to take all of those shits which you give to others.

If you understand this, you will never dare to hurt someone’s feelings.

3. Try to make your line bigger without making others shorter

Don’t feel jealous. Work on yourself. Be confident. Maybe you can lose the best part or person of your life by hurting them. Life is so beautiful to live it gracefully.

“Give respect & earn respect”.

If you are not a trustworthy person I think you are lacking much more than that you think you have.

Optimism: The Biggest Strength

Optimism is the art of taking out something good in every adverse situation. It is the belief, the hope, the positive attitude where these all elements try to make a positive aura for all the events.

It is also the choice where we try to feel positive about everything which is happening with us or around us, it is also the belief where we know, we have the choice to make our own destiny.

Optimism is the practice to be hopeful and positive & give weight to the best possible part of any situation.

Points which help to make a practice of optimism:

1. Focus always on the solutions which are available at that time, rather complaining about the problems. Problems will definitely come at every step of life, we can’t help ourselves in it, to accept and make our mind for the best one.

2. Think and find the different possibilities & solutions of the specific situation and get ready for yourself to perform in it.

3. Healthy mind always stays in only a healthy body so always give the first priority to your health. If we are fit and healthy everything we are planning can go for the execution. If we are only thinking, not performing, not executing then nothing will work for us.

4. Less expectations from others will make our practice stronger. Believe in yourself that God gave us all the abilities which are necessary to execute all the works. Think confident about yourself that I have the potential to get success if I put my hundred per cent in that.

5. Focus more on the positivity and the positive attitude. It doesn’t mean that ignore all the problems and don’t try to find the solutions. It only means that find out what is going wrong and concentrate on correcting them.

6. Be a wide thinker and always keep that space in your mind where you can give some preference to others also.

If we practice on these points, definitely there will be a change in our attitude and we can improve in those things where we are lacking.

Optimism is one of the biggest strength of someone’s personality. It reduces stress, fear and all the negativity.

An optimistic person always spread good vibes and make the aura positive. People always share great energy with them.

Adjustments: Justified??

Hello all!!

Today I am going to talk about the topic which we all experienced so many times in our life.

Adjustments

Are you feeling heavy to listen to this word?

This is because we have already fixed the specific perception about the specific word and the person, somewhere in our subconscious mind.

Whenever we listen to that specific word or think about the person, related feeling with those particular automatically comes in our mind and In advance, we start to feel uncomfortable.

We start to think about only the negative part of that like now we have to do that thing which we never want to do.

Like we think now we have to do compromises but we don’t want to come out from our comfort zone, that’s why we start to feel uncomfortable.

Why should we not think about the positive part of that situation too? Why we always make adjustments in the negative sense always?

Why I am saying all those things because I want to relate my point with that specific thing when we are standing in the situation of adjustment. How our state of mind works at that time?

If we take it positively we can do much more productive and fruitful above our expectations.

What can we do?

First of all, we can try to start with the basics. What are the current situations? What are the options available? What are the dos and donts for the situation??

We have to calculate all the aspects of the situations they come to pick the best option which is available at that time.

In actual, Adjustments are nothing, only based on balancing the situation with our wisdom to improve the outcome of the situation. If we use this in the correct way this can be key to unlock the trouble.

Here I want to quote the words-

“We cannot direct the wind, but we can adjust the sails-Dolly Parton”

Let’s take a real-life example to understand it. Suppose If we are in the situation where we are helpless, no other options we have, we know we have to do it at anyhow either we want to do or not.

We cannot avoid it at all now you think what would be the better idea. Either stand against the situation and persons which are related to that or sit calmly, understand the situation, our role in the whole process and now what can we do something better in the situation. I know the second idea is not easy but at least we can try it.

Think. If somebody is completely dependent on you or want help from your side and he is in the helplessness situation, you know that you are the only hope for him then how can you go in the denial mode.

Here we have to make our mind that I am the special one to whom God gave the chance and opportunity to perform the best part in a different way.

Believe me, we will feel some special kind of energy and here all our efforts for adjustments can change the whole situation.

Here I agree, we have to face some troubles and discomforts too because we have to do something extra from the routine. Perhaps our adjustments would be the boon for someone else.

If our efforts, our adjustments can do some positive change in some other person’s life then go for a check at least once and then see what the inner satisfaction you get for yourself which you never feel before.

I am not saying we should do adjustments always but when it necessary and good for someone else too, just take a try.

Now ending with the question adjustments good or bad? take your call on this.

Time management for Home Makers

“Time Management” is the process of organizing and planning the time.

This is the art of dividing and spending time on specific activities according to their priorities to increase productivity.

The main objective of Time Management is to reduce the time which we spend on non-productive activities.

We all have the same 24 hours in a day and the real challenge is how to manage and utilise these hours in a productive way.

This really makes a difference a lot how we are utilising our 24 hours and what output we are getting through it.

Now come to today’s topic, I am also a homemaker and as a homemaker, it is a very difficult task for me too to distribute my time between my priorities and needs.

This is absolutely true, as a homemaker we have lots of responsibilities towards our family and kids. The most hectic part of a homemaker is to follow almost the same daily routine.

Here I want to share that I am also a mother of two small kids and with kids, life may be unpredictable, messy and the more stressful because all the things don’t always go as planned with them. So we have to accept this truth and act accordingly.

Here are some rules which I follow might be helpful for you all. These are::

1. Do Planning for according to our family needs

If you are not able to do, a whole week planning so at least you should go for daily planning. For daily planning, we have to categorise the things according to the schedule. This will help you to be sorted for the rest of the day. Daily planning we can do in the night for the next day.

2.Set the routine especially for the morning time

The morning routine can be the lifesavers. If we get success to set our morning routine smartly then rest will set automatically because most of the prioritize work we have already finished in the morning but the only condition is this we have to follow the routine strictly.

We have the maximum energy in the morning so we have to plan the things according to this and utilise the time efficiently.

3. Make a to-do list

Set the targets for the day on the basis of priority and make a to-do list but here I want to mention one thing,only 2 or 3 main & special tasks should be included besides the routine otherwise we will not able to finish our targets in the same day and the to-do list will convert into the pending work list.

4. Fix the time for social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.

It is true and nobody can be denied the fact, intentionally or unintentionally we spend hours and hours on social media only scrolling and going through the other’s profile. If you are doing some work using social media platforms then also you have to set your hours. This will save you lots of time which you can use to finish your pending works.

5. Be smart in choosing and picking task

Select the most productive time for yourself when you feel the most energetic and productive. Save the time by doing the things which will take only 5 minutes to do, do it at that time only, don’t delay for tomorrow until and unless you are sick or any medical issue you have.

6. Identify the unnecessary & unwanted things-

Identify the unnecessary & unwanted things which are taking lots of time and spoil our planning. Eliminate that immediately. Here I am talking about gossiping. We waste our lots of valuable time only talking about other’s minus points.

7. Appreciate yourself-

If you follow all the things and getting success to execute them then pat on your back yourself. Accomplishing small goals give also lots of confidence and satisfaction so keep doing this.

In this way, time management plays a keen role to organise our life. This is all for today, will come back with some topic in the next one, take care and be productive.
