Adjustments: Justified??

Today I am going to talk about the topic which we all experienced so many times in our life.

Adjustments

Are you feeling heavy to listen to this word?

This is because we have already fixed the specific perception about the specific word and the person, somewhere in our subconscious mind.

Whenever we listen to that specific word or think about the person, related feeling with those particular automatically comes in our mind and In advance, we start to feel uncomfortable.

We start to think about only the negative part of that like now we have to do that thing which we never want to do.

Like we think now we have to do compromises but we don’t want to come out from our comfort zone, that’s why we start to feel uncomfortable.

Why should we not think about the positive part of that situation too? Why we always make adjustments in the negative sense always?

Why I am saying all those things because I want to relate my point with that specific thing when we are standing in the situation of adjustment. How our state of mind works at that time?

If we take it positively we can do much more productive and fruitful above our expectations.

What can we do?

First of all, we can try to start with the basics. What are the current situations? What are the options available? What are the dos and donts for the situation??

We have to calculate all the aspects of the situations they come to pick the best option which is available at that time.

In actual, Adjustments are nothing, only based on balancing the situation with our wisdom to improve the outcome of the situation. If we use this in the correct way this can be key to unlock the trouble.

Here I want to quote the words-

“We cannot direct the wind, but we can adjust the sails-Dolly Parton”

Let’s take a real-life example to understand it. Suppose If we are in the situation where we are helpless, no other options we have, we know we have to do it at anyhow either we want to do or not.

We cannot avoid it at all now you think what would be the better idea. Either stand against the situation and persons which are related to that or sit calmly, understand the situation, our role in the whole process and now what can we do something better in the situation. I know the second idea is not easy but at least we can try it.

Think. If somebody is completely dependent on you or want help from your side and he is in the helplessness situation, you know that you are the only hope for him then how can you go in the denial mode.

Here we have to make our mind that I am the special one to whom God gave the chance and opportunity to perform the best part in a different way.

Believe me, we will feel some special kind of energy and here all our efforts for adjustments can change the whole situation.

Here I agree, we have to face some troubles and discomforts too because we have to do something extra from the routine. Perhaps our adjustments would be the boon for someone else.

If our efforts, our adjustments can do some positive change in some other person’s life then go for a check at least once and then see what the inner satisfaction you get for yourself which you never feel before.

I am not saying we should do adjustments always but when it necessary and good for someone else too, just take a try.

Now ending with the question adjustments good or bad? take your call on this.

Life is too short:Really?

Life is too short to live and experience the wonderful things!!!…

I think, it is. We never know what will happen in the next moment.

Life is so unpredictable and full of adventures, drama, comedy & actions and actually, we can say this is the real charm of life.

If these things are not taken place then no thrill, no excitement, no zeal, no challenges come in the life and we don’t value the things which we already have. These situations teach us how to accept unwanted things.

I think whatever we do in our lives, the ultimate goal is peace, happiness and satisfaction. The medium can be different for different people but I think Moto is quite clear because all the materialistic things can give comfort and luxury only but that is also a fact that these all are a very important part of our life, one can’t be denied that fact.

Here is the question is when we have all the luxurious items and comfort then also we are not happy and satisfied because that thing can’t give inner peace, happiness and satisfaction.

So what can we do, we can take some small steps for all the things which we want to do for ourselves and for others too.

Don’t give up at any stage of life, if one formula is not working, try for another and the other one is also not working should go for something else, never stop trying and finding that special one which is “only made for you“.

Everyone is special in some other way.

Give respect and do the value of the life which we get as a human being, different from other creatures.

Live your dreams and be a good human being first, rest all the things will come automatically side by side with the dedicated efforts.

Thankfulness & gratitude are the gestures that have the power to make someone else happy so don’t let it go, be happy and spread the happiness.

At the end of life, only two things will matter (a)what we gave to others (b) and reciprocal what we received.

Happiness:A choice

Happiness is an emotional state or feeling of satisfaction. When we feel satisfied with the certain things that are going in the right direction and are getting the expected results. We feel happy about it.

I think happiness is a choice where we can try to be happy. It doesn’t mean that everything is perfect but we can decide to accept all the imperfections and look beyond it.

For being happy we can follow these following things:::

  1. Avoid negativity and negative people.
  2. Don’t compare your life with others.
  3. Accept the past, live in the present and don’t feel worried about the future.
  4. Give credit to yourselves and don’t expect so much from others. Pamper yourselves too.
  5. Enjoy and celebrate every small moment of our life.
  6. Don’t take shortcuts to accomplish the goals because the end result will be definitely not in your favour.
  7. Find reasons to be happy in stressful situations too.
  8. Be mentally and physically fit then only we can be emotionally fit.
  9. Try to think positive because positivity definitely gives us hope to think above all the negatives.
  10. Talk with our loved ones and be connected with family and good friends.
  11. Take a short break from routine and spend some time with nature, go for an outing.
  12. Follow your senses and go with them. Give some time to your hobby & passion. This will also give you inner satisfaction.

Satisfaction

Satisfaction

The sound of the word, itself gives a soothing feeling but in actual, do we have that?

Do we feel like satisfied?

I don’t think so. What do you think?

Today we just try to find out some reasons and their solutions why is it happen?

Why we are not satisfied with our lives?

Every person has its own definition and ambitions towards life and this is also a fact that each and every person slightly or totally different from others…

I am sure we all can agree with this fact…

Yes, we agree but don’t accept. This is the major cause to be unsatisfied all the time.

Some are the following reasons according to me for dissatisfaction-

Reasons-

1. We compare our lives with others

We all know that every person, their personalities, their expectations, their choices, their efforts, their approach and especially their “Karmas” are different from others.

Yes, I definitely do believe in “Karmas”.

“Whatever we do, we get in the same proportion as a result”.

Then why we want to be a part of this race of comparison unnecessarily.

2. Don’t know about our unique expertise-

We have to observe and improve our plus and minus points first and try to find “Real me“.

Find out that extra unique quality and work on it rather comparing with others.

We lose most of our valuable time while comparing us to others.

There is no need to do this because only we know ourselves in the best way.

We know very well what are our qualities and where we are lacking.

3. We lose hope

Friends!! one thing is true Nothing can achieve easily without hard work dedication and patience.

We have to face a lot of challenges and difficulties while chasing our dream and passion but never lose hope.

Believe me, friends!! at last, we will get it beyond our expectation.

4.Fear of Failure

Most of the time we make our mind like this that we can’t do this. This will take some extra efforts that so I should drop the idea.

These type of negative thoughts come in our mind and we lose our patience at the very initial level. This is not the right way.

Our job is to give our two hundred per cent, the rest is not in our hands so don’t feel demotivated if the results are not your favourite.

We have to choose what our inner voice is saying, follow your heart at that time because sometimes mind only gives you lots of confusions.

Don’t over think and don’t expect so much each and every time. Things will go to its place definitely. Believe in this psychology and never stop working on it.

I think these are the main reasons for dissatisfaction.

Now talk about what we can do. If we can improve all the given reasons then we will get solutions automatically.

Solutions-

1. Be honest with yourself

If we are honest to ourselves then we know all our plus points and limitations then we will be more satisfied with choosing the work in which we are interested and obviously, our results will automatically better because we actually want to do that. That’s why it is important to follow our dreams.

2. Never compare an individual with other

This is the biggest mistake we do.

As I discuss earlier every single person has their own lifestyle. Never be judgemental. If anyone’s life is better than you then try to see their hard work and approach towards life.

Be a human being with a big heart.

3. Be motivated

Try to work on your hobbies and give some “Me time”. Whatever gives you inner peace and happiness just do it.

Try to think positive in every negative situation, something will come positive in the negative too so try to be positive because positivity changes the life completely, trust me it really works.
