Hindi Poetry

Jang Jeevan Ki ( जंग जीवन की)

साँसें चल रही है तो उम्मीद अभी भी बाकी है।
हारी नहीं हूँ मैं, कोशिश अभी भी जारी है।

माना कि मुश्किलों भरी है राह मेरी,
पर ढिगा नहीं है विश्वास मेरा, जंग अभी भी जारी है।

फिर उठूँगी गिर कर भी मैं, लड़खड़ाते क़दमों से भी,
कोई हो ना हो साथ मेरे पर ज़िन्दगानी अभी भी बाकी है।

भले ही जल गई हो लकड़ियाँ मेरे चूल्हे की,
पर उनकी राख अभी भी बाकी है।

जख्म हरे कर जाते है कुछ घाव पुराने भी,
आँखों में नमी हो भले ही पर होठों पर मुस्कान अभी भी बाकी है।

उम्मीद

ना जाने क्यूँ आज सब कुछ धुआँ धुआँ सा लग रहा है।

अश्क दरियां सी और मन सागर सा भरा लग रहा है।

ऐसा नहीं है कि हम जानते नहीं उन्हें,

पर फिर भी न जाने क्यूँ उनके सजदे में ये सिर झुक रहा है?

सोच की गहराइयों पर भी उनका कब्ज़ा है,

ख्याबों की उड़ान पर भी कोई अनदेखा पहरा है।

फिर भी सब जानते हुए भी ये दिल गुस्ताख़ी कर रहा है।

बदल जायेगे वो हर पल ये इबादत कर रहा है।

इसी उम्मीद में कि शायद एक दिन वो समझ जायेगें,

और इस वीराने में भी उम्मीदों के फूल अपनी खुशबू फैलायेगे।

बहानें

ना करने के बहानें ढूंढों तो एक नहीं हज़ार मिल जाएगें।

और अगर करने जाओ तो छोटे छोटे तिनके भी रोड़े अटकायेगे।

तो क्या करे, हार मानकर बैठ जाए?

या झकझोरे अपने विश्वास को और सब भुलाकर आगे बढ़ते जाये।

रोज गिरे, रोज उठे पर मरने ना दें अपने एहसास को।

कर सकते है और हो भी जायेगा बस छोड़े अपने डर और डर से पैदा होने वाले हर अविश्वास को।

फिर यही रास्ता अपनी मंज़िल की राह खुद दिखलाएगा।

और आत्मविश्वास का सूरज हर अँधेरे को चीरता हुआ अपनी ही रोशनी से जगमगाएगा।

अधूरे सपने।

रंग वो होते है जो ज़िंदगी को खुशियों से भर दे।

रंग वो होते है जो रोते हुए को हँसने पर मजबूर कर दे।

पर क्या हो जब जीवन के रंग ही बदरंग हो जाए?

और हम बस हाथों में ब्रश लिए इंतज़ार करते रह जाए।

सुना था कहीं, कलाकार मन कभी मरता नहीं है।

फिर उठता है और कोशिश करता है।

आज फिर उसने नयी कोशिश की थी,

हाथों में यादों का पिटारा लिए, ज़िंदगी में रंग भरने निकली थी।

आज वो फिर हिम्मत करके अपने अधूरे सपनों को पूरा करने चली थी।

Optimism is a hope & a belief of we can do.

Whatever the situation, don’t make any confusion for undo & redo.

Less expect and work more, helps to focus on the positivity.

Optimism is the practice to be hopeful & Ignore the negativity.

It is also a choice to think about the positives.

It reduces stress, fears and all the negatives.

An optimistic person always makes the aura positive and live.

Everyone wants to feel those energies and takes a dive.

Positivity changes your thinking and attitude.

Once you experience the charm, you will forget about another substitute.

It is a lively feeling, make a habit.

It works in all the situations on the planet or an orbit.

Optimism is a hope and a belief of we can do.

Whatever the situation, don’t make any confusion for undo & redo.

Announcement !!!!

Hello all !!! How are you doing?

I have an announcement for all of you. I have some commitments for this month as well as the next so may be possible I wouldn’t be able to publish the posts regularly.

Thanks a lot for all your support and hoping for the same as earlier!

I will try my level best to set a new schedule according to the new responsibilities. I am sure, I will come back with some of more daily life challanging and motivating topics. Till then take care. Be productive.

Optimism: The Biggest Strength

Optimism is the art of taking out something good in every adverse situation. It is the belief, the hope, the positive attitude where these all elements try to make a positive aura for all the events.

It is also the choice where we try to feel positive about everything which is happening with us or around us, it is also the belief where we know, we have the choice to make our own destiny.

Optimism is the practice to be hopeful and positive & give weight to the best possible part of any situation.

Points which help to make a practice of optimism:

1. Focus always on the solutions which are available at that time, rather complaining about the problems. Problems will definitely come at every step of life, we can’t help ourselves in it, to accept and make our mind for the best one.

2. Think and find the different possibilities & solutions of the specific situation and get ready for yourself to perform in it.

3. Healthy mind always stays in only a healthy body so always give the first priority to your health. If we are fit and healthy everything we are planning can go for the execution. If we are only thinking, not performing, not executing then nothing will work for us.

4. Less expectations from others will make our practice stronger. Believe in yourself that God gave us all the abilities which are necessary to execute all the works. Think confident about yourself that I have the potential to get success if I put my hundred per cent in that.

5. Focus more on the positivity and the positive attitude. It doesn’t mean that ignore all the problems and don’t try to find the solutions. It only means that find out what is going wrong and concentrate on correcting them.

6. Be a wide thinker and always keep that space in your mind where you can give some preference to others also.

If we practice on these points, definitely there will be a change in our attitude and we can improve in those things where we are lacking.

Optimism is one of the biggest strength of someone’s personality. It reduces stress, fear and all the negativity.

An optimistic person always spread good vibes and make the aura positive. People always share great energy with them.

Adjustments: Justified??

Hello all!!

Today I am going to talk about the topic which we all experienced so many times in our life.

Adjustments

Are you feeling heavy to listen to this word?

This is because we have already fixed the specific perception about the specific word and the person, somewhere in our subconscious mind.

Whenever we listen to that specific word or think about the person, related feeling with those particular automatically comes in our mind and In advance, we start to feel uncomfortable.

We start to think about only the negative part of that like now we have to do that thing which we never want to do.

Like we think now we have to do compromises but we don’t want to come out from our comfort zone, that’s why we start to feel uncomfortable.

Why should we not think about the positive part of that situation too? Why we always make adjustments in the negative sense always?

Why I am saying all those things because I want to relate my point with that specific thing when we are standing in the situation of adjustment. How our state of mind works at that time?

If we take it positively we can do much more productive and fruitful above our expectations.

What can we do?

First of all, we can try to start with the basics. What are the current situations? What are the options available? What are the dos and donts for the situation??

We have to calculate all the aspects of the situations they come to pick the best option which is available at that time.

In actual, Adjustments are nothing, only based on balancing the situation with our wisdom to improve the outcome of the situation. If we use this in the correct way this can be key to unlock the trouble.

Here I want to quote the words-

“We cannot direct the wind, but we can adjust the sails-Dolly Parton”

Let’s take a real-life example to understand it. Suppose If we are in the situation where we are helpless, no other options we have, we know we have to do it at anyhow either we want to do or not.

We cannot avoid it at all now you think what would be the better idea. Either stand against the situation and persons which are related to that or sit calmly, understand the situation, our role in the whole process and now what can we do something better in the situation. I know the second idea is not easy but at least we can try it.

Think. If somebody is completely dependent on you or want help from your side and he is in the helplessness situation, you know that you are the only hope for him then how can you go in the denial mode.

Here we have to make our mind that I am the special one to whom God gave the chance and opportunity to perform the best part in a different way.

Believe me, we will feel some special kind of energy and here all our efforts for adjustments can change the whole situation.

Here I agree, we have to face some troubles and discomforts too because we have to do something extra from the routine. Perhaps our adjustments would be the boon for someone else.

If our efforts, our adjustments can do some positive change in some other person’s life then go for a check at least once and then see what the inner satisfaction you get for yourself which you never feel before.

I am not saying we should do adjustments always but when it necessary and good for someone else too, just take a try.

Now ending with the question adjustments good or bad? take your call on this.

Failure::An Experience

Failure is the result when we don’t reach the goal which we either decide for ourselves or decided by someone else where we have to give results on the basis of the performance.

We should take failure as an experience. If we will never fail then we will never learn that chapter of the life.

How can failure be the game changer and help to trigger to choose the right direction::

1. First of all, we have to set our mind that nobody is perfect here. 100 Percent Perfection is totally an imagination.

2. When somebody starts a work, they start with the learning point of view & If they are learning they will do mistakes and that mistakes help them to make a strong base in that particular field and will help them further in some other way so don’t much bother about that failure which we get in the process of learning because efforts never go in vain.

3. I think this is the basic difference between the successful person and the struggler. Successful people don’t get so emotional on their defeat. They channelise the energy and efforts again in the right direction.

4. They never lose hope, try and try again and get the success in the end. Learn from the mistakes and ensure that those mistakes don’t repeat in future again.

5. If we are not getting success with the same formula then try to find a new point of view with some twist. We have to find out the new ideas and the new opportunities to establish that thought process and focus on the disciplined planning and right execution steps.

6.”Experience is the best teacher“, we have to understand the truth that we are taking the real experience through failure which will be the first step of success in future. There is no any example about that person who never went wrong and achieved all the goals.

7. Watch all the success stories and go through with them then you come to know, how many times they faced failure, criticism and rejections but never gave up and the most common things about them they came again with a solid plan and double energy and this is true if we are enough mentally strong then nobody can ever dare the change our determination.

8. Don’t bother about the people, they will talk, they will criticise, let them talk. Avoid all the negativity and never stop to work on that tiny steps which must be the biggest one in the future.

9.With the support of the family and true friends, we can achieve the difficult targets too and don’t worry if nobody is there with you, be strong enough to handle it with your own. Don’t step back because, in the end, one should fight his own battle without any support.

Don’t loose the hope

Every time it is not possible, things flow in the same direction where we want.

Don’t lose the hope and give the equal challenge to life and prove that I can handle it.

I am strong enough to bear all that situations that I would never want in my life………

Keep it in the mind that the tough time is for giving something better to us.

Collect all the courage and just fight back. Definitely, the results will shock you.
