Have you thought ever what makes us different from others? Why we own different positions or roles in our life? What makes someone so successful?
In my opinion, our approach and our actions towards life really make that difference. Everybody follow the different rules in their life. According to their nature & likings, they decide some goal for their lives.
On the other hand, some others live someone else’s dreams. They always live in confusion. They might not clear about their vision. They choose the path which is decided by others. This act of those pushes them one step back from their goal always.
I saw the people with the same resources and the same facilities, one trend on the top and the other still struggles for the same thing.
Why is it happen?
Those who have a clear vision for their goals, no uncertainty in their mind, use their limited resources in the best way.
They choose to affect the people by their work rather be affected by the people in their surroundings. That’s the reason one person leads and others follow their instructions.
If you observe minutely then you get to know how earlier they set his mind for their aim. They never think about the role, they only focus on their goal and through their determination, dedication and hard work, they achieve that.
This is all possible because he has that certainty & clarity in his mind, words & actions. If one get success to balance in those then nobody can stop them.
If you are loosing and not getting which you want to get reason is you only. You are the one who can change the things for you.
Noone other can take a guarantee on your behalf. You have to tie your belt tight and work on the weaknesses and the faults which are stopping you.
Come out from all those things which are becoming the hindrance between you and your vision. Decide the goal, find the ways to reach there. Regularly work on it, don’t worry about the results.

I agree, there is no substitute for hard work & dedication but we can improve the chances of the success with smart work(here I mean hard work with a brain).
How smartly we can manage all the Choices and make a plan is more important. Planning & Prioritization of the work can increase the possibilities of results that we are expecting.
There is a possibility, we have to face failure after doing hard work too but that is not mean that we should lose the focus on that particular work and should stop doing that.
In that condition we have to find out where the things are going wrong, find the reasons and correct it and implement with the same passion, that is called the smart work.
Planning, Prioritization, check the loopholes & then Implementation will be the key to any successful task .
Learning, making mistakes, working on those mistakes, restructure it and implement with new twists all are the basics points of the smart work.
This is my way of thinking on smart work, others can think it in some other way & it might work for them too.
So in my opinion, smart work pays more than hard work. Without knowing all the aspects of the work and don’t keep a backup plan if the things don’t go according to the planning are not as fruitful as we expecting.
Accept the mistake immediately & start the work on plan ‘B’ without wasting a single minute will you make the stand in the line of achievers.
Today’s article is dedicated to all mothers…Happy mother’s day to all the lovely mothers.
“Maa” is the world where all of us life’s revolve. She is the source of unconditional love, care and devotion. We can never forget her sacrifices. She is the first and greatest teacher in the world.
As a daughter, I want to share my feelings towards my “maa”. Now I am also a mother of two kids so can easily understand the journey of motherhood.
It is such a roller coaster ride. I am saying this roller coaster because many moments come where it is very difficult to decide, choose and priorities our responsibilities and do the justice with everyone, but I guess only a mother can do it perfectly, God gave this special power only to mothers.
I remember “maa”, how you manage all the things very patiently and the best part is that you don’t have any doubts, any confusions, any burden in your mind ever. All you do with great ease like a superwoman.
Today thinking about that all those moments I am feeling so amazed how do you manage all those things effortlessly and I am struggling with those stuff till the date.
At that time, I literally unable to understand all those things. But now when I am going through the same, I can better understand your state of mind.
Now I can understand “maa”, how many up and downs you have to face in this journey, despite that, you never complain about anything…
“Salute to your patience, dedication and hard work”.
You supported me in each and every step of my life and whenever I went wrong you were always there to correct me. You are such an inspiration for me “maa”.
I never express to you how much I love you but now I want to say that I love you the most. I love you so much from the bottom of my heart.
I remember how much I love to sleep on your lap and I can’t explain that feeling in words…It was just out of the world… “Feeling of extreme peace and Satisfaction”. And now after marriage all those things, I really miss “maa”…
Now I understood all those gestures which annoyed me a lot at that time and I thought often why was maa doing this to me?? And I literally argued with you but now I can relate with all those situations and emotions, and the funniest part is that now I am doing the same things.
Now I understood the reasons for all that worries and the reason is very simple that you are so protective and concerned for us “maa”.Now I can understand all these things.
Literally Mom’s feeling only a mom can understand.
Here I want to add one thing, sometimes we don’t give that respect and gratitude to her which she deserves the most whatever the reason behind this but it happens.
As time is passing I am respecting you more and more as a person, as a human being and especially as my “maa”…..
So today I want to confess all my mistakes and say sorry to you “maa”.I know you have already forgotten all my mistakes.
