What is the cup of tea meant for you?

I am a morning tea lover and especially in winters, nothing makes me feel happier than a hot cup of tea.

I can’t imagine my mornings without a cup of tea with my favourite snacks.

At the time of “Karva Chauth” and “Teejh” (Name of the Special fasts) when I can’t take a sip of water, I really miss my morning tea badly.

Morning tea and snacks are the best combinations for me. I like to have my snacks with my special ginger tea.

From the last couple of years, this morning routine is very special for me, this is the time when I and my husband sit at one place together. At that time, I enjoy some causal chit chats without any disturbance, which I often miss the rest of the day.

After having 2 kids, these small moments are the saviours where you can feel the charm of life. For me tea time give me a chance to live it again.

How many of you agree with the fact, In India, there is a tradition to discuss lots of issues with a cup of tea?

It is the medium to connect.

Today also Tea party is the medium to initiate a new friendship. In every formal and Informal chit chats, tea is the main hero.

If anything is going wrong then also tea is “The Mood Changer” and “The Energy Booster”.

Anger :Right Or Wrong?

Anger is the outburst of all those emotional feelings where either we or someone else take the by default right to prove anything correct from their point of view and make others culprits.

Ultimately this is the war between the thoughts and the actions.

Reasons:

Reasons are so obvious…..

I think everyone experienced that at some point in their life.

(A)When we feel, somebody wants to disturb our personal space and comfort & life.

(B)When someone questions about our personality, individuality & identity.

(C)When someone is not ready to listen to our point of view, disrespect that and treat us badly.

Including all of these, In short, I feel Ego, Over Expectation, Fear and Frustration all the main causes of anger.

1.EGO::

I think the main reason for the anger is Ego. Ego doesn’t allow us even listen to another perspective and accept it.

If we know that now we can’t prove our point logically then we will take the support of anger definitely because we all have that kind of mindset that if someone is showing anger especially the elder one towards the younger ones or anyone else, they might be thinking another person surely did something wrong.

2. OVER EXPECTATION::

When we over expect from others and especially with our loved ones, we disappoint at certain times because every time, everything will not execute in a very particular way as we want.

We have to respect the other’s opinion too but we don’t think about it when we are in the arguments & fights and when the anger comes.

3.FEAR::

Whenever we are not confident about the things which we think that is in our control, not reacted like that, we feel helpless and we get scared and in that state of mind we react unnecessarily on each and every baseless point and in the last, this fear comes in the form of anger.

4.FRUSTRATION::

Whenever the things do not go as we want or wish or plan, we get irritated, frustrated with the situations and the people associated with that and sometimes it outbursts on those people also who are totally innocent and do not even involve in all of this.

How can we overcome this problem:

1. Self-introspection will definitely reduce the chances of anger:

I think anger is the choice initially but later it includes in our habits and nature, if it is the repetitive gesture, comes at every small and big situation then we should seriously think about the problem and the solution is just to sit and ask some questions to ourselves then calculate and evaluate all the results of those fights and arguments due to the anger and think twice about that Was my reaction necessary at that time, should I avoid that?

I am sure we will definitely get the answer because most of the things are taken place in that heat of the moment which we actually not mean that not even remember after that.

2. Meditation, self-management is the other points on which we have to work to get rid of that habit:

Meditation gives us the power to self strengthen because it’s root comes from childhood so the responsibility is ours.

All the parents should make sure that gesture shouldn’t convert into the habit. Otherwise, later on, things can go out of control too.

3.Self-control and Patience::

It is not necessary if one person is showing anger then others also do follow the same but this is not easy to ignore.

If you have mentally strong about the emotions then only you patiently handle the situation because if one person is only dealing with the anger, again and again, there is a possibility it will come in the worst form.

Here you have to decide in between two who is the more patient and understanding and want to try to sort the things more efficiently.

In the end, I only want to say it affects our mental and physical health so try to sort out things without getting hyper. This will also give a choice to other people to do the same.

Hard work With Brain

Some people believe in destiny & some other belief to make their destiny by their own with their hard work & focused dedication but why sometimes they don’t get the expected results after doing the hard work.

I agree, there is no substitute for hard work & dedication but we can improve the chances of the success with smart work(here I mean hard work with a brain).

How smartly we can manage all the Choices and make a plan is more important. Planning & Prioritization of the work can increase the possibilities of results that we are expecting.

There is a possibility, we have to face failure after doing hard work too but that is not mean that we should lose the focus on that particular work and should stop doing that.

In that condition we have to find out where the things are going wrong, find the reasons and correct it and implement with the same passion, that is called the smart work.

Planning, Prioritization, check the loopholes & then Implementation will be the key to any successful task .

Learning, making mistakes, working on those mistakes, restructure it and implement with new twists all are the basics points of the smart work.

This is my way of thinking on smart work, others can think it in some other way & it might work for them too.

So in my opinion, smart work pays more than hard work. Without knowing all the aspects of the work and don’t keep a backup plan if the things don’t go according to the planning are not as fruitful as we expecting.

Accept the mistake immediately & start the work on plan ‘B’ without wasting a single minute will you make the stand in the line of achievers.

Spirituality Or Practicality

Is it wrong to follow the Spirituality and Keep aside the practical wisdom for some reasons?

I don’t think so. I know these are the choices & one is completely free to pick their choices.

Here I am talking about spirituality in the “Karmas“.

Before taking any steps, one should always keep in the mind about the end results of that.

Spirituality always pay you back and the same thing applies to the other gestures, that’s how life goes & works.

Whatever you give to your life, life reverts back so you have to decide your path accordingly.

I know, It’s sound very different but I think it’s ok to think in that way too, then only we will come to know and understand about this.

The medium we choose to complete our goals, it’s should be like that what we expect from others.

Things are judged only when they affect us Otherwise everything is practical and seems perfectly right.

For the sake of money, position, and ambition, we are compromising with the values and ignoring our inner voice.

Maximum time our consciousness warn us that what medium we are choosing is wrong but we ignore that.

To be practical is ok but don’t compromise with the moralities and the qualities which already we have as a human being but nowadays we don’t use them often and the people who choose that path and want to follow that, are called fake.

The decision is only yours because life is yours. Choose the path wisely.
