बाहरी काया पर तो सबका ध्यान होता है पर भीतर क्या है,
ये कितने जानना चाहते है?
अगर भाया नहीं रंग रूप फिर भी,
मन की सुदंरता के लिए कितने आगे आते है?
शायद बहुत कम मिलेंगे जिनके लिए मन का सुंदर होना ज्यादा जरूरी होता है, तन के सुंदर होने से।
उन्हें आकर्षण होता है उनकी बातों का, उस आभा का, ना कि फ़र्क पड़ता है क्षणभंगुरी काया से।
बाहरी आकर्षण का क्या है?
आज है ,कल नहीं रहेगा!
भीतरी सुदंरता ही अलौकिक है, शाश्वत है, इसका अस्तित्व तो सदा बना रहेगा।
जिसके मन में मैल न हो उसकी आभा में एक अलग सी चमक दिखाई देती है।
महसूस कर सकते हो उस रूहानी अनुभव को, एक इबादत सी, एक दुआ सी सुनाई देती है।

वे दौड़ा नही करते।
खो जाता है जिसे आँखें पसन्द करती है,
दिल से चाहनेवाले कभी,
रोया नही करते।

Why people are making me cry today?? This theme is something very close to the heart. I am strongly against the body shaming taboo. And I have witnessed it, bahut sare log abhi bhi mere bahar ke roop dekhke comment karte hai, koi andar jhak kar nhi dekhta. Kya kare, aisi hi hai yeh duniya ke log. Lovely poem Deepika. Touched my heart. I wish, someone could read it today.
